Fast, same day dispatch!Our mail is collected daily, Mon-Fri, at 2pm. Orders received before 1pm will be dispatched same day. Orders received after 1pm, or during a weekend, will be dispatched on the following working day.
Combined shipping discounts!Combined shipping discounts are available when purchasing multiple items concurrently. Once all items have been added to the shopping basket the total combined shipping price will be displayed. Once satisfied, checkout as normal. Please note that we are unable to combine shipping on multiple separate checkouts so ensure a single checkout is made for all items together.
Can I edit my shipping method / address? Unfortunately, this is not possible due to our shipping labels being automatically paid & generated during checkout. If this is likely to cause issues, then we would need to cancel the order so you can re-order, this time selecting the correct details.
I cannot find my tracking number! Except for our premium, ‘Special Delivery’ shipping option, all other shipping methods are normal ‘signed for’ services, and not fully tracked. ‘Signed for’ services only update once a delivery has been made. Due to its lack of use to the customer, we do not supply ‘signed for’ numbers as default. If an order is delayed, we will of course supply this information on your request and investigate more closely. If you would like a fully tracked shipping service, please select the ‘Special Delivery’ shipping option during checkout.
My order hasn’t arrived yet? We ship all orders made before 1pm, Mon-Fri, on the same working day. Once dispatched delivery times are out of our control. Usually, once dispatched, delivery times are as follows – Free shipping = 2-3 working days, 1st class (paid) = 1-2 working days, Special Delivery (paid) – next working day. Please note that Saturdays & Sundays are not considered working days. If your orders ETA has passed, then get in touch and we will investigate further.
Returns must be made within 30 days of order. Returns must arrive back in brand new, sealed & resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover original shipping costs & sales fees. Return shipping & costs are the responsibility of the buyer, we are not responsible for returns that get lost. We recommend using a fully insured & tracked service in case of issues. If you ordered an incorrect item and would prefer an exchange, instead of a refund, then please include £2.50 with the package to cover our returning costs and include a note showing the item number you require. All returns must include the eBay username of the original purchasing account. People attempting to abuse the returns policy to avoid shipping costs will be reported and investigated.
