Return Policy

National Return Policy (UK)

A1. Customers making an incorrect purchase, or no longer requiring any parts included within an order, may request a return within 30 days of receipt. All returns MUST be reported beforehand so we can efficiently deal with the request. We will reply with instructions on how to proceed. Items must be returned in unopened, brand new condition. We are unable to accept returns for items returned in unsatisfactory, partially used or unsaleable condition. We kindly ask that you return items in the same condition as you would expect to receive them in.

A2. Customers returning incorrectly ordered items for replacement should also enclose £2.50 with the return to cover return shipping costs. We understand that mistakes do occur and always try our best to help, however, since we offer free shipping on all our items we are unable to ship items a second time free of charge.

A3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are NOT responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. We recommend returning items using a tracked, fully insured serviced.

A4. Customers returning unwanted items for refund may do so within the same 30 day period as mentioned above. Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund to cover our initial shipping costs and payment transaction fees.

A5. Please note that by making an order on andysbikes.com you are confirming your full acceptance to all sections of our return policy. We will of course be more than happy to assist you with any queries you may have.

International Return Policy (Outside UK)

B1. Customers making an incorrect purchase, or no longer requiring any parts included within an order, may request a return within 30 days of receipt. We are unable to accept returns for items returned in unsatisfactory, partially used or unsaleable condition. We kindly ask that you return items in the same condition as you would expect to receive them in.

B2. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements for unwanted orders sent outside the UK. We are only able to offer refunds. If you wish to replace for a different item then you would need to order and pay for the item you require from our site as normal. Your returned item will be immediately refunded once it has arrived, ensuring it is acceptable as detailed in part B1.

B3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are NOT responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. We recommend returning items using a tracked, fully insured serviced. Please note that we are also not responsible for any customs fees applied to international packages returned to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have correctly filled out the custom label as an unwanted package being returned to its country of origin. We can pay customs fees at the customer’s expense, otherwise they will automatically be returned to the customer by the customs authorities after 30 days.

B4. International customers returning unwanted items for refund may do so within the same 30 day period as mentioned above. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping costs and that only, the item value will be refunded, minus a further 8% restocking fee to cover all original payment transaction fees.
